Helping Families Build Healthy Digital Habits

We help parents and kids build healthy digital habits together, with no judgment and no shame. Our resources make it easier to set screen-time boundaries, understand online risks, and create a more mindful, connected family life.

Whether your child is waiting for their first phone or already glued to a screen, we provide practical tools that encourage digital responsibility, strengthen resilience, and reduce conflict at home.

Coming Soon: The Digital Driver’s License Course for Young Adults

Before we hand over the keys to a car, we teach teens how to drive. Shouldn’t we do the same with technology?

The Digital Driver’s License is a mental health-informed course that helps young people build awareness, boundaries, and critical thinking about the digital world so they can navigate screen time, social media, and online life with confidence.

Great for kids who:

  • Are about to get their first phone
  • Already have a phone but lack boundaries
  • Are struggling with screen time, overuse, or social media stress

What is Tech Addiction?

Tech addiction isn’t just “too much screen time.” It’s when technology use starts to interfere with emotional well-being, relationships, or daily life.

Signs your child may be struggling:

  • Can’t unplug, even when they want to
  • Withdraws from family or friends
  • Obsesses over games, apps, or social media
  • Gets anxious, irritable, or down without their device
  • Ignores responsibilities or loses sleep because of screens

Why it matters:

Digital overuse reshapes the brain’s reward system, disrupts emotional regulation, and increases the risk for anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues—especially in pre-teens and adolescents.

The good news: These habits can change with the right support. That’s why we created this course.

Meet the Creator

Hi, I’m Chris Koniarczyk — a licensed counselor with 14+ years of experience working with teens, families, and individuals. I’m also a dad, so I understand firsthand how tough screen-time battles can feel.

I’ve worked with hundreds of families overwhelmed by devices, emotional outbursts, and the stress of raising kids in a digital world. And like most parents, I know there’s no handbook for this.

That’s why I created Tech Addiction Experts and the Digital Driver’s License course — a digital parenting resource that gives kids tools for healthy screen-time habits, smartphone readiness, and social media awareness, while giving parents the support and confidence to guide them.
